Enjoyed my service at this location. The nail technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only down side was no nail driers but after sitting for about 15mins I was good to go. A warm neck wrap made the manicure a little extra special.

I am a regular customer at the Red Door Spa at Pentagon Row. An unexpected event occurred this morning and I was unable to make my evening appointment. Out of courtesy, I called the spa at 8:45 in the morning to notify them of my cancellation for my 4:30 appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very short and quite rude. She explained that it was a huge inconvenience to the spa when customers had to cancel with less than 24 hour notice. I explained that I had never missed (or been late for that matter) any of my previous appointments and that I called the spa as soon as I knew I would not be able to make my appointment. She said that she would make an exception and excuse the fee this one time, but that if it happened again, it was "going to cost me". I've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from any business. It was rude, degrading and insulting as a customer and a human being. Emergencies occur and although an explanation is polite, it is not required. I should not have to explain my personal life to a Red Door Spa employee. The main reason that I became such a regular customer was because of the excellent customer service which was not true of this incident.

I enjoy every experience when I go to the Red Door Spas at Pentagon Row. Once I walk off the elevator there are smiling faces o greet me and they make after having a stressful and trying day a nice experience. Danielle and her staff are GREAT!!! I have referred a lot of my friends to partake of the wonderful and relaxing spa services that are offered at the Pentagon Row spa!
Chi provides the best facials and waxing. Also Kim is my fabulous nail technician and I highly recommend the gel polish when getting your nails done!

I really enjoyed my experience at Red Door in Arlington, Virginia. I'd consider myself a professional spa go-er so I look for certain amenities while I am there.
It was truly relaxing. My masseuse Jenna was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. I liked that before we started she had me smell eucalyptus oil to open up my nasal passages.
I hate putting my face into the pillow-hole. It makes me a little claustrophobic. Anywho, she took her time and massaged all the tension out of my neck and shoulders.
I also received a reflexology treatment which was awesome!
The changing area is extremely small and there is only one restroom.
Overall, I would go again and recommend it to friends.

It's got a small locker room and dark waiting area, but the robes,free teas/coffee, and slippers are a nice way to get ready for some pampering. Tom (masseuse) was professional, very good, used lots of cool Elizabeth Arden products, and the Signature Massage was perfectly relaxing and priced fairly. The eyebrow waxing was only fine, but I like threading anyway so don't take that comment too seriously. They have a Holiday promotion, with spa packages that would be a GREAT gift to get or give. Highly recommended and they take spa finder certificates--hello COSTCO!

I get my services done at the Red door for quite sometime now between Fairfax corner an the arligton one,I love the people working there, everyone had a smile ,very helpfull,made feel like a queen everytime I go there.
Most important ,they listen.
I love it.
