Excellent Services Cross Keys Red Door!
Excellent review of the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa & Salon – Cross Keys Baltimore MD location: I couldn’t be more pleased with the Services I had today! I had an amazing facial with Tamara! Oh My God, my poor winter-dry skin hasn’t felt this great in years! Then I took my dreadfully awful gnarly and dry feet and hands to RaShaun – who musta had a magic wand!! I highly recommend the Milk & Honey Mani & Pedi…. Real ‘treatment’ for dry awful skin – plus exceptional final results that not only FEEL great but LOOK great too! Honestly, my hands look 15 years YOUNGER!! She is AWESOME!! Lastly, I had booked a Make Up Refresher, and I sat in Ingrid’s chair. Fast lesson in Bows, plus I tried a new eye color that I love! She reviewed the skin care products used in my facial and I bought the Ceramide Firming cream So silky!! My experience today was absolutely perfect! The facility is beautiful, love the Relaxation Room - and GM Jake and the Staff are awesome – so very Guest-focused! They really make you feel very well taken care of. The Practitioners / Service Providers are exceptional, of the highest caliber! They offer an entire array of Salon and Spa services as well as ‘Packages’ that save you money.

I went to this establishment many years ago with my mom and highly enjoyed the experience. The spa area is lovely and very relaxing while you relax with infused water. The massage room was pretty spacious and my therapist was very nice and a master at her craft. My mom enjoyed a relaxing massage and manicure and was impressed as well. We have two gift certificates we received and look forward to indulging in a relaxing pampering session again!

Decent, but I've had better
It was OK, but I visited a lot of spas, and I prefer other places. There was something about this place that didn't make me feel as relaxed as I should during my massage and facial. The staff was friendly though.

The first and last time I visited this spa, I think my expectations were set too high. For one, the neighborhood where the spa is located is "Cross Keys Village" which is known to be posh, filled with high-end shops and sophisticated dwellers. The service that I received was a bit pricey...but I expected the latter, considering the name associated with the spa. Although I was pleased with the results and the people working there,...I did not find anything so spectacular about the place, that truly made it stand out in comparison to other spas in Baltimore. Although I would visit this facility again...I would prefer the environs of others local spas, with services of equal worth but lower cost.

This is suppose to be a luxury spa, but by far the worst experience. My facial was so uncomfortable mostly because I was suppose to be relaxing, instead the facialist Sam was annoying me by constantly offering me products. She did not seem very experienced and the front desk staff were rude. This is a luxury spa? By no means!

It must have been last summer of 2010 that my friends and I went to visit this spa. I went to get my usual massage which was okay. Prior to this visit, my friends and I were at The Pearl in Columbia the last two times we went out to relax and unwind. (By the way, we do this once a month and we have been doing our "Spa thing" for the last 3 years now.) We were expecting the same type of service where we could go in a few minutes early so we could change into our robes, sit in the lounge area drinking our hot tea while waiting for our service. The only thing that we missed was the hot brownies with whipped cream that is served at The Pearl. The lounge area was not as big as The Pearl but at that time, there were not many appointments so it was comfortable.

A Truly Seamless, Relaxing, Lovely Afternoon!
I live in Annapolis and traveled 45 minutes to this salon. It was most certainly worth it, and I will be returning! Making the appointment was easy, and the reception staff friendly, and professional. From the time I walked in the doors, I was impressed with the atmosphere. I was greeted warmly, and taken care of from the very start. The manicurist did a wonderful job with my pedicure and gel manicure. She was a very sweet woman. I am a new breastfeeding mother and this was a long day away for me, and I had to pump. I was escorted to a private, curtained area in the locker room. They could not have been more accommodating. :)

A wonderful experience!
What can I say except that the spa is lovely, the staff fantastic and the treatments we chose were heavenly. The massage I received from Bella was the best I have had based on many, many salons. I do hope to return to The Red Door and treat myself soon! The location is great too because there are two places in the plaza for lunch afterwards. That added to our relaxing day out (my husband and I).

Girl's Day To Pamper
This was my second visit to Elizabeth Arden Red Door and just as the first visit, my experience was wonderful. I am a strong believer of massages and am very specific about the type of service expected. I was not dissappointed because the massage was theraputic. My mother and sister were pleased as well. We were on vacation and decided to spend the day getting pampered and de-stressed. Will go again and again, and again.

I visit the spa twice. First time everyone was nice . Second time. Different staff . This was by far the worst treatment ever. The facility was clean. But will not visit again.

Manicure and Pedicure are horrible
I visited a Red Door Spa on Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD. Facial was OK but the lady who did it was asking me to buy something in their salon until she was done with my face. Then I had a tremendous olive oil body glow and massage with Zineb Senhanij. I really loved it! The most horrible thing was manicure and pedicure. I do not know how other women feel after that and if they look at their nails at the end, but I was realy angry. Now I try to fix it by myself at home. Should I pay that amount of money for their services? NO.

Better than most, but not the best
I have been to several spas, and I would say that this particular Red Door Salon is better than several places I have been to, but certainly not the best. I have gone there for massages, manicures, pedicures, and facials. I will still keep searcing for the ultimate posh experience...

My All Time best experiences
I love this spa.... I usually only go here. My most recent experience was good, except I got a peel, which I haven't done in 10 years. The results are great now, but the next day I looked a little dry. Let's just say even with this procedure, you still at least a day recovery but not too too obvious. I bought a lot of great products too which help. But usually, without the peel I notice a GREAT difference then when I walk in and I am trying now to go to the same person month after month. She was great!!!! GO GO GO!!!! I got the signature facial and opted to try a peel. 2 days later and I LOVE MY FACE! My only bad experience was I felt the front desk person was a bit pushy...
