I was traveling with my Aunt and we went to the Red Door Spa, because we had great experiences at other locations. This was no different! We were welcome warmly, treated with respect and enjoyed great spa treatments. Everything from start to finish was amazing! I defiantly recommend the Red Door Spa in Chicago.

I love this salon. The menu is priced slightly on the higher end of the scale, which is significant because there are SO MANY salons in Chicago. That being said, you receive excellent service, very knowledgeable staff, and their facilities are beautiful.

I like to get a facial, not be sold products or upgrades. My experience was too much sales pitch, not enough facial. I was asked about eyebrow threading, a mask, I was even asked to open my eyes so I could see the products she was putting on my face at the end. I never relaxed. I liked my complimentary make up application, that was the best part of my experience. I would not go back. I found this as a spaRaRah and at least did not pay the full price for the facial, otherwise I would have been completely disappointed.

Lenny was great with relaxing my hair. He was attentive and listened to what I wanted in styling as well. The salon is a little over priced, but most of the downtown spas are.

I took my mother and my daughter to Elizabeth Arden the day after Christmas. My mom had a manicure and pedicure and loved both. My daughter had a facial and manicure....again, loved both. I had the full facial (followed by a beautiful complimentary make-up touch-up) and will soon be going back for more services. I was VERY impressed with the expertise and kindness of the staff and would recommend this spa to anyone.

I have been going to Red Door for over 7 years. I love Niameh for eyebrow threading and facials. She is simply the best in Chicago.
Red Door Spa is a great treat and the staff are experts at their craft. The rooms are relaxing and I always try to arrive early to take full advantage of all the amenities.
I highly recommend Niameh for eyebrows and any of the ladies for manicures and pedicure.
Your money is well spent here!
