I went last weekend for a hair updo for a special occasion. My usual go to at another salon was on vac, so, i decided to give red door a try. My stylist, palouie, (sorry, I think thats her name, but, cant be sure) did a fairly great job getting me what i wanted for that evening. The space is bright and pleasant, with water, coffee,...the salon usual. I was happy with the outcome. No complaints.

I came here for a number of services. I had a couple facials here with Adriana and shes amazing! Ive been to a few other spas but this one by far is the best. I left with smooth, glowing skin. In addition, they wrap up your hands and give you a mini neck and shoulder massage. I will definitely be going back there.
I received a 20% coupon to try another service so I decided to get my hair done. I had a highlight with Helen and cut with Robbie and they were both great! Im very skeptical about getting my hair done at new places, but i knew some ppl that just raved about these two and they definitely lived up to all the hype!

Good facial. Very nice face massage. I have sensitive skin, so, I am happy to report that there was no residual redness the day after... which is always a plus.
The treatment room is smaller than most facial treatment rooms in the city. Its not a problem for me, but, if you are used to bigger rooms, don't be surprised. After you hang your purse, the bed st literally right there.. no escape..... Abit like doctors office exam room-rish feeling to it.

I have been going to Red Door Spa in Deerfield since 2004 for eyebrow waxing and occasional bikini waxing. The receptionists at the front desk are always welcoming and quickly check me in. The rooms are clean and warm. You lay on heated tables and relaxing music is played during the procedure. The skincare specialists are friendly, very professional, and thorough. The only change I would make is to put mirrors in the rooms. I really can't imagine going anywhere else!

I've had eyebrow waxing and hair styling done and always thought it was a really pleasant and relaxing place. After getting a microdermabrasion followed with a masque, however, I developed a serious and painful staph infection on my chin, cheek, and above my eye. I notified the spa as my dermatologist instructed. Although they said they would pick up the tab for my medical bills (I said they didn't have to--that wasn't my point in calling), they didn't seem all that surprised or concerned. There wasn't even any attempt at assurance about standard cleaning procedures in place. I will NEVER go there again.
