I had a mud wrap at this spa a few years ago and I loved it! My technician was courteous and respectful, and described everything she would do, each step of the way. My skin felt fresh and glow-y when I left. A great treatment to combat the humid FL weather! Am going back to Ft Laud next month for vacation, will go back to the spa.
PS-this spa has been at is location for SEVERAL years now, so it must be doing something right! Love love love!

I live seasonally in FTL - I used to see Billy for my nails and he was always exceptional - the General Manager Marie was the epitome of a professional, gracious and genuine ambassador of the Company. Though both have left the company, the nail technicians are stellar however it's clear Marie is no longer present. I rate this spa as the best in its class and will continue to frequent the spa while I stay in FTL.

I don't remember the name of my nail tech, but it was a male, so I'm assuming he may be one of the few!
He did an excellent job to the point where I almost fell asleep during my pedicure. My manicure lasted an entire week without chipping which is a record.
Would def go back when I return to FL!

I have been going to Red Door for over 5 years and there warm cream pedi is my 1 guilty pleasure a month. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is highly professional, courteous and very accommodating. I may pay a bit more for my pedi's, however at least I know that every file is new and they take the proper measures to sanitize the equipment and for that I will be a customer forever.

I loved every second I spent at the spa. Their massages can be a bit steep in price, but this is a brand that has been there for over a 100 years. The staff was knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. I loved the friendliness of everyone in there. They have amazing cucumber water and relaxing music. I loved the red door signature massage I had because I received foot reflexology along with aromatherapy and it was divine. I would highly suggest the gel manicure, the polish stays on for weeks! I am definitely going back to the Elizabeth Arden Red door spa in ft Lauderdale!

One thing that I love about this spa is the relaxing atmosphere. The massages given at this spa are pretty basic. Not amazing, but still a very nice treat. When I leave this spa, I feel very relaxed and renewed.

First the positives -- the staff works very hard and are excellent technicians. I have been there for for manicures, massages, and facials. These folks try their best and give good results.
Now, some issues: the front desk staff mixes up appointments and sometimes gets things wrong. I suggest you call twice to re-confirm everything. There have been foibles more than once.
Also, the manager of the salon, Marie, when confronted with a problem with one of my treatments was very difficult. Overall, I did enjoy the treatment, but there was an issue. When I called to complain that I'd felt the treatement did not live up to expectations, the manager acted as if I was lying and argumentative with me. They charge a lot of money and should treat their customers with more respect.

When I scheduled my appointment I was not told to come a little early as most spas tell you to. So, I got there on time but the time I used to change into my robe and then the time I used to drink thier fabulous cucumber water I was late. The massage was great. The time they took off of my massage was not. They did give me a discount, but I'd much rather have had a longer massage. The spas atmosphere was very nice although I do wish they had a hot tub or pool.

I love this spa so much. The atmosphere is so relaxing and its pure luxury. It has a tea room where you wait for your massage/service and the people there are so nice and they even speak in low voices to keep you relaxed at all times.

This was my first visit to a Red Door Spa, and the Ft Lauderdale location was a good first try. The place was a lot smaller than I expected. Everything was very clean, polished and had a serene ambiance, but very small in scale from what you'd expect from a place like this.
I booked the autumn special facial (which I upgraded by adding a collagen mask) and eyebrow treatment. Both were fantastic! My aesthetician Roxy was great. My eyebrows were nicely shaped, and not too thin which I hate. The autumn facial felt wonderful, and the apple shea lotion she used on my arms and hands as a bonus made my skin super soft, and wasn't greasy at all. The collagen mask addition made a huge difference too. My husband commented that I was glowing and could really see a difference, which is always what you want! I will definitely come here again and try other Red Door locations.
