I have been here several times but this time i came for a massage from my sister as a gift from her wedding. I had a great massage therapist. She did her best to remove the knots in my upper back. The only downfall I feel is the space. From the outside it seems like it would be a large space but when your inside and waiting in the waiting area or the locker room you feel a little cramped. After my services I had to wait till other women were done undressing before I could get to my locker. I think they should expand the locker room and sitting area then they would be in excellent shape!

My husband bought me a gift cert for my birthday and I booked a massage, mani and pedi. The spa is beautiful, clean and welcoming. All of the services were wonderful and the staff is delightful...I am very pleased. I think I'll make this a birthday tradition!

My family gave me a gift certificate for this beautiful Garden City spa. The warm and welcoming feeling from the time I was greeted at the front desk continued throughout my experience. I had a facial with Carol, a Gel French Manicure from Edna, Highlights from Bethany and a beautiful haircut from Lindsay. I even was treated to a complimentary make up application at the end of my services. The facility is very clean and everyone, guests and employees included, was smiling! What a treat. I will certainly be returning and plan to spread the good word about the Red Door.

I got facial in red door but it was not special even though i spent lots of money. I think that they used regular products for my face and they did not explain even my skin type. they only pushed me to use money. I would not go back there again and it was little disapointed.

I received a gift to go to Red Door from my son & daughter-in-law. I went to the Red Door in Garden City with my daughter-in-law.Alice was the person that did my facial. Alice was so knowledgible and gave me one of the best facials I have ever gotten and and gave me great advice for products and information for my skin. Also, Alice while suggesting products did not try to force me to buy anything. I did purchase one item and looking forward to buying more. i am a big fan of Estee Lauder products but might try Elizabeth Arden products in the future.
