I recently just went to Red Door Spa for an oxygen infusion facial. My sister had just had a facial at the Tyson's location and was raving about how great her skin feels and looks. I was expecting the same, but was greatly disappointed. The atmosphere was sub-par, everything looked dirty and in need of repairs. They certainly charge enough to be able to afford repairs. My facial was NOT relaxing at all. My technician had the lights on nearly the entire time, was talking/asking me questions constantly, and I was foolish enough to upgrade from the signature facial to the oxygen one (which cost $90 more). My pores are still very visible, I still have blackheads on my skin, and all in all my skin looks exactly the same as when I went in; except my skin is red! Even better, she told me to go home and finish extracting the blackheads on my own, because we ran out of time! This wouldn't have happened if she didn't focus so much on talking to me rather than doing her job. To add on to all of this, when I went to check out, the ladies at the checkout were more focused on carrying on their conversation than checking me out. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this location.

If you want your color to look worse than you went in...then go..if you want your roots to look worse..then go. But if you want good hair color....DON'T GO. The Reston Red Door is close to my house and I have tried several colorist several times and each time disappointed. What is that saying...Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I'm done! The Reston Red Door is not on par with the rest of the Red Door's in the area.

The Red Door in Reston is sub par for their brand nationwide. I had a recent facial there that left me with ongoing broken blood vessel purplish dots from painful, inexperienced extractions. I told the girl to stop because she was hurting me so much! I also got offered the "extra" product and was smart enough to ask if there were an extra fee. They apparently try to upsell during your facial for an extra $50! The check-in is unwelcoming, and the atmosphere is claustrophobic. Go to Tysons for a better ambiance and more experienced staff.

I was overall disappointed in the facial I received from Red Door. I agree with the previous poster. I came in with high expectations, and unfortunately found the spa not coming close to meeting them. Overall I thought the facial was mediocre. At one point, my therapist told me she was going to use a some lotion or treatment. I said that was fine. She said nothing about it being extra. When I went to pay, I found out that I was being charged $50 extra! I would not recommend it.

I went to this spa thinking it was one of the best. They certainly CHARGE like they're the best. The ambiance and atmosphere were very nice, but there was nothing else special about this place at all. The haircut was mediocre, the color looked streaky & cheap, the stylist was not very friendly and my toes have looked better leaving the nail place at the local mall. I will not be going back.
