I recently made an appointment online to claim a gift certificate for a manicure that I purchased. A lady called me and said that they would not be able to do the manicure and offered a clay mask facial and a lavender paraffin hand dip or a foot pampering. I chose the facial. I go to my appointment and a different lady tells me that I am going to have to pay $45.00 and I receive 2 $25.00 gift certificates. I told her that the lady i spoke with on the phone did not say anything about paying anything extra. I asked if I could just not pay the $45.00 and not receive the 2 gift certificates. She was rude about it but she said I guess we can do that. I went to get my facial and she told me to cover myself with a towel and a robe.I asked if I could get under the covers and she said no, b/c it was not a full body massage. The lady who gave me the facial did a good job and was pleasant. When I was leaving they did not offer to give me the lavender paraffin hand dip. I just left because I felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable. I will never go back to this place of business again.

I was given a gift certificate for a facial and massage. The location is very small and cramped. When I walked in there was a pile of towels waiting to be folded and when I sat down to fill out my paperwork there wasn't enough room for the workers to comfortably maneuver around me. I was led to a room which wasn't bad but the chair for my items (purse, clothes etc.) had something on it so I wasn't able to use the chair to place my stuff on. The service was ok, I didn't know what to expect. When I came out of the room to get a paraffin hand treatment there was no place to seat me so she put me in the receptionist chair, as I mentioned this is a very cramped salon. Lastly, when I went to pay I was charged $75.00! I was going to question why as the gift certificate was for $65 for stated treatment, but there were about 6 other people in the small room I felt uncomfortable so I gave her cash in addition to the gift certificate. After leaving, I looked at the time, here is the clincher: it was 30 minutes after I walked in! $75 for a less than 30 min service? That is NUTS! Remember, when I walked in I had paperwork to fill out and I had to undress and dress. I would NOT recommend this place, it is over priced and unprofessional!

I was given a couple of spa finder gift certificates from my mother-in-law to use while I was on vacation. Booked Heather based on the prior on-line review. She provided a wonderful 1st time massage experience. Perfect amount of pressure and very relaxing. Wonderful environment.
I just had a second massage experience this week in my hometown and it was so very different from that. I would consider going to AR again just to get the superior massage.

Heather at Massage Wellness is wonderful! I got a truly relaxing massage and more! When Heather found out I was having severe headaches, and discovered it was TMJ related she concentrated on my TMJ and offered incredible relief.
I went in for the Clay Mask and Facial Massage treatment and got so much more! The extra TMJ massage did hurt for just a bit but as soon as she was done I was more relaxed then I had been for a long time!
I loved the atmosphere, bamboo floors, owner is from Hawaii and photography and artwork on the walls of Hawaii very beautiful and calming and music very soothing, they had bose stereo system that made the whole experience extra relaxing as soon as you step into their treatment room and get on the warmed bed and soothing music.
I booked Heather online via their online booking system and it was very easy! Also, they have a section for Gift Certificate Amount and right under that a box for where you can just type in "Spa Finder" if you are using a Spa Finder Gift Card or Certificate.
I also met Sharon their Certified Nutritionist who while I was waiting for my session since I came in early answered for FREE basic nutritional questions I had and she also was extremely pleasant and knowledged
