Terrible experience. Like other reviewers elsewhere, I was treated very poorly when I mentioned that I'd wanted to redeem a Groupon. Here is my email to Groupon, which I believe says it all: "I've tried several times to book this appointment and every time I mentioned it was a Groupon I was told that, no matter what time/day I requested, that there was no one available to fulfill the service. Today, I went online to see if I could book the appointment directly, and I saw that there were several appointments available. When I called - which I'm required to do as a Groupon holder - I was told they had no appointments available. I told the woman on the phone that I was looking at the available times online, and she said that I was looking at incorrect information. I asked her to get online with me to ensure that I was looking at the right schedule, or simply just to say that the spa's website was not correct/out of date. She refused to do either, kept telling me that there were no appointments available (I saw FIVE appointments available) and then she said she was "done with the conversation" and hung up on me. I called several times before she answered the phone again, I asked her for her name which she refused to give." SCAM!
Unfortunately, your negativity began with the initial conversation when trying to make an appointment at our establishment. Over 85% of our Groupon clients loved the treatments and stated that they would return. If you read your Groupon correctly, it stated that you must call the spa for availability as well as to make an appointment. When you threatened the receptionist, the conversation ended. You are in no position to tell the receptionist what spots are available. However we wish you well as there are many spas which you will have the opportunity to visit.
