I really enjoyed my massage here, and I loved the waiting room for the spa. Having to enter through the salon is a little cramped and very noisy, just being in the room stressed me out. This was made up for with the loveliness of the spa waiting room, but it was a little jarring. I will be coming back!

i first made a visit to tranquility after a friend of mine referred me there, and let me tell you it was the best decision i ever made!! the staff that works there are so kind and go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying yourself. i received the best facial i have ever gotten in my life and have never felt better than i do now! i will deffinitley be back there hopefully for a massage this time!

My friend got married last week and the whole bridal party went to Tranquility Salon to get our hair and makeup done. I was more than satisfied with my experience there. All of our hair and makeup came out so good. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They even served us mamosas. I will definitely be going back there for my hair.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with wonderful service! The receptionist was very pleasant and everyone seemed very welcoming. The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. I was very pleased with the service i got done by Chelsea one of the hair stylists. She actually took her time to consult with me and to really find out what i wanted and needed to be done with my hair. My whole experience from start ti finish was awesome and I loved my hair when i left! I will definitely tell all of my friends about it and will be back!!

I recentley visited Tranquility Salon and Day spa for a relaxing massage and facial. It was by far the best i had ever had. The staff were extremley friendly and customer service oriented and the massage therapist and facialist both made me feel very comfortable and right at home! it is so easy to loose yourself upstairs in that spa that you may never want to leave! i would deffinitley reccomend this salon and spa to others i know and have already booked my next appointment to return.

I got an amazing facial and massage at Tranquility! The spa is so nicely decorated and well kept. After my service I got a great blowout done with bouncey curls and a makeup application because I was going out that night. I recommend everyone to check out this salon and spa. My friend had recommended me to go to Tranquility Spa for a massage last week. I was so happy I did. It was one of the best massages I have ever gotten. And I have to admit I am a big spa hopper. The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I entered the spa up until I left. I was so pleased with my service that I booked another massage and facial. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone!!

For the prices that they charge, you would expect to walk out of the salon looking better than you came in. Nothing could be further from the truth. My first clue should have been that on a Saturday morning the salon was empty. It would have been nice if the stylist actually listened to their client and gave them exactly what they wanted, instead she did what she wanted and now I am headed to another salon to get it fixed. Also, so pushy about selling salon services, hair care products and a $200.00 blow dryer. It began from the minute I walked in the door and ended as I was leaving. Even if my hair came out good, I wouldn't go back because of how pushy they were selling the extras. Guys really when I go to a salon, I want to relax, I don't want to listen to a constant sales pitch. By the way if you had just concentrated on my hair, maybe it would have come out better. P.S. For the prices they charge, you would ex[ect a plush salon, I would compare it to a Lemontree.

Saturdays are extremly busy for us and it actully sounds to me you have never even came in to our establishment because to our database in June we never serviced a Cindy and this sounds like a competitor just trashing another business when you should really focus on your own and as far as a Lemon Tree anyone could just come in and see for themselves or just go to our Virtual Tour on our website.

And actully we no longer do manicures due to the fact that they were done on our first floor and that is our salon so yes I am sure it was noisy. But the Facial for the Feet is done in our spa and is very relaxing!!

Staff very friendly and professional. Hair always looks great when you leave. However, made to feel uncomfortable with continuous selling of products. Staff comes across too pushy and sale orientated. From the second you walk in with reception to the end with notes left at the desk with items they tried to sell you throught the visit. It becomes a turn off. I've been there 4-5 times on my way out east....Have always got the same pushy treatment (although in a friendly way) Suggestion, tell the client what your using, that you sell it in the salon and leave it at that. salon ghuru Southampton- New York

I had done laser hair removal at TRANQUILITY DAY SPA.IT WAS THE BESTTHING I EVER HAD DONE TO MYSELF! Results are amasing ,I don't have to shave or do painful waxing any more! I did brasilian bikini and underarms.I would recommend it to everyone.They have free consultation and free laser test. At first i was afraid and i had my test done and it wasn,t painful at all!The place is very pretty ,clean and relaxing,They also do wonderful facials!

My experience at Tranquility was a great experience. My friend had been recommending me to go see Jacqui for my hair for quite some time. I decided to finally go there after I had had a terrible experience at another salon. So I called up in a panic to get my hair corrected. They Made me an appointment for a free consultation, since I was not sure if anyone could fix my hair. When I met with Jacqui she made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. She took the time to give me a great consultation. She specializes in corrective coloring and advanced haircutting which I could see by looking at her portfolio. So I made an appointment and she fixed my color and my haircut and gave me a great coditioning treatment which made my hair feel so much better. I was so excited with the results, I immediately called my friend to tell her she was right and thanked her for the recommendation. My hair look and feels beautiful!!! I have been getting compliments ever since my visit to the salon. I definately reccommend this salon and spa to everyone!!!

As a very thick and curly headed person, I am a "problem" hair client that has had numerous issues in the past with stylists and products. I had met the owner while out one night with friends and she was so bent on getting me in to try out her spa that she approached me to tell me about her business. She guaranteed that once I tried her products and services I would never want to go anywhere else. Critical of her claims, I decided to try her product line to see if she would be able to keep her promise. Not only were all of the product lines carried by the salon (from hair care to tools and makeup..) the best I have EVER tried, but the services recieved were so phenominal that I now have my 10 year old hooked as well. The staff are all professional and curtious and complete an evaluation on each client based on their knowledge in addition to the customer's wants. I would not (and do not) hesitate to tell friends, co-workers or even complete strangers that Traquility is the absolute best spa and salon to be found in the area.

I had called for my sister's Bachelorette party and April, the receptionist, was more than helpful. She had given us all the information that we had needed. She had helped us plan everything out and had given us her recommendations as to what services to try out. The experience there was fantastic. We all had such a great time. April was so sweet both on the phone and in person. She had accommadated all of us in a very professional matter. I will definitely be returning to Tranquility Salon and Day Spa.

I had a great experience at Tranquility. I was in with Mandee for my haircut and color, which came out wonderful. We went through pictures and really talked the style through before we started to change things and to enhance what was good for me and my lifestyle. The refreshing part about the Tranquility staff was they were all so educated. Mandee really explained to me why my hair was doing what it was doing and why. She really helped me start repairing my hair with the great Aveda line they carry. She not only explained everything she wrote down everything i would need to duplicate the steps at home. It was great to have a staff that is so dedicated in what they do to really take time out and explain and educate so you understand what they are doing. Mandee gave me great styling tips for everyday wear and for when i go out. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all to ask questions or talk or to even get involved. It was a great atmosphere to be in, very professional but all smiles and laughs were always filling the salon up.

My Experience at Tranquility was great! I was looking for somewhere to go to get permanent eyelash extensions for my wedding day. I Searched and found Tranquility. I Stopped in and talked to Alexis who does eyelash extensions there. She was so kind she informed me on everything I needed to know about them. I made an appointment with her. During the service she made me feel right at home made sure I was comfortable etc. They came out wonderful. They were fuller/longer. They were also great because I had them for my honeymoon. They lasted about 3 weeks then i went back for touch ups. She also told me she specializes in bridal work hair/makeup. I made my trial appointment with her and it came out beautiful so I booked my wedding day with her and had the rest of my bridal party come in with me also. I'm so glad i found this place she did my updo and airbrush makeup on me it literally lasted all night long! She used their own mineral makeup line on me and my skin looked flawless. She informed and recommened to me what I needed to bring with me the day of my wedding such as lipstick to reapply after eating. I'm happy she did because I looked great the whole night! I suggest for every woman who is planning on getting married go to Tranquility! You'll love the experience!

I booked an appointment wth Laura in the salon at Tranquility Salon & Day Spa for my wedding hairstyling, along with my two sisters. I was very pleased that she consulted with me and my two sisters, who were also getting updo styling done that day, and listened to our wants and needs. My hair was very smooth & unique, and she took the time to make sure everything was in place. For my wedding night nothing came out and everything stayed put all day/night long even with pictures at the beach! Laura also took the time to discuss with me the PCA medical grade skin care line that Tranquility carries. She put me on a trial regime for my skin before my wedding. PCA helped me acheive flawless skin in about 6 weeks, my skin feels healthier than ever before!

My Husband and I visited Tranquility Salon & Day Spa for our Anniversary. We arranged to have the Couples massage. It was romantic and wonderful! I can't say enough about the staff at the salon. The massage therapists Ashley and Mark were wonderful and attentive to our needs. Leah, the owner of the Salon knew it was our anniversary and went out of her way to make it extra special, Champagne and strawberries and fresh rose petals. It was very beautiful and relaxing and very romantic. If your looking for a way to spend your special day. I would Highly recommend Tranquility Salon and Day Spa for the most romantic and relaxing experience you'll ever have!

I would first like to start off by saying that I had a wonderful experience at Tranquility. The service was exceptional, and my expectations were exceeded. I had recieved the best massage ever and my facial was phenominal. The Spa itself was so beautiful and from the moment I entered I knew I would enjoy my experience.
