My initial review was written before I received a phone call from Erica, the manager/owner? of the spa! I was pleasantly offered, by Erica, the opportunity to utilize my Spafinder gift certificate as well as another discount for three wonderful treatments I received. I recommend the signature massage and body wrap experience..heavenly! I experienced the best day of relaxation and I'm so happy I accepted her offer! I give credit to and respect a business who sees errors and makes corrections based on them. Kudos Spavia!

Wow, this place has some nerve! First of all, I never will get the chance to grade the atmosphere, experience or anything else due to the abrupt cancellation of my appointment with them! I am from Texas where customer service and hospitality traits are expected and plentiful. Apparently by the rude receptionist here, Colorado pales in that arena! I have a Spafinder gift certificate (from my boss) in which I would have liked to use while I am in Denver on a business trip. Spavia deems these WORTHLESS and only cares about cash. As a would-be first time visitor, I would have liked to receive that introductory Signature massage or facial AND get several other services with that. To my dismay, this wasn't allowed. The appointments there were open and plentiful..9:50, 10, 10:50, 11.. That tells me you need customers but aren't doing anything about your lacking customer service skills!! I'll be visiting another salon while I'm there and I'm sure they'd be a lot more appreciative of the business I'm trying to give them :/

This guest ended up receiving personal attention directly from me (GM) and received several accommodations to come into the spa. I was there the day she checked out and she was very pleased with the services. I am assuming this review was done prior to her having her needs exceeded/met. We hope that Samantha left Denver feeling great about her spa experience and will reconsider her posting! :)

I received a Spafinder gift card for Mother's Day gift. Had never been to Spavia before but am very glad I did. It was very peaceful and quiet. My daughter told me to allow 1/2 hr before and after, that was the best advice...I relaxed before with a cup of tea and a nice book of sayings in the retreat room, then to my surprise they brought me a warm neck wrap. I had a great massage and then time to relax afterwards. Will take my sister when she comes to Denver next time.

I have had several treatments done here and they all were great. I've always had good massages, really enjoyed the hot stone! Also the hydra facial is excellent, highly recommended. For the money this spa is a great value.

I visited Spavia a few days ago and had very disappointing experience. Poor service and very unhelpful manager/owner. I was sore for days after the massage I got from this place. I would not recommend anyone going to this spa.

Surprisingly relaxing atmosphere and very experienced staff, given the storefront appearance. The only glitch was my service started nearly minutes late with no apology or explanation. Services are limited. One of the best facial's and massages I have ever experienced.
