Not Sure How This Place Is Still In BusinessBy RachelB | October 14, 2012
Went on the advice of a co-worker despite all the negative reviews, and well...of course I was disappointed. Very few choice of polish colors by OPI. Was asked three times about upgrading my pedicure service and after my third "no thank you" felt like my time was cut short. In fact it actually was, I came in after a male customer and was finished before he even got his manicure started. Employees do not use the foam toe separators(NEVER experienced that), so of course my toes touched, I had to ask for the tech to fix the situation. My manicure was done in the pedicure chair(another NEVER experienced that), so obviously not very relaxing. That had me pretty confused considering the male customer that started before me even made it to a table?!? The tech used the cuticle tool to cut my nails, not nail clippers(and yet another NEVER experienced that), nails were cut too short, very uneven in shape and length. I do not recommend this place to anyone, this place has more negative than positive reviews for a reason, so you would have to be an idiot(like myself) to go there and waste your money!!!

"She do it her way...I do my way"By JenniferF | June 5, 2012
That's exactly what I was told when I asked why I didn't receive a seasalt exfoliation with my regular pedicure. My Mom and I went in for pedicures together and she had a fabulous seasalt exfoliation from foot to knee - I had about a teaspoon of seasalt slapped on my foot and then had my foot ushered into the foot tub. Last time I checked you actually have to rub on the seasalt in order to exfoliate, NOT JUST LET IT SOAK FOR 30 SECONDS! When I asked if she was going to use the seasalt, conveniently she didn't understand what I was asking...I was so aggravated by that point that I just wanted her to paint my nails and let me out of there. When I was paying and she told me the total, I questioned again whether exfoliation is apart of the $25.00 regular pedicure fee. She told me "yes". I said that I didn't get it and my Mom did & that's when she told me "She do it her way, I do my way!" (obviously talking about the girl who did my mom's pedicure) Last time I checked, if it's on the "menu" as a part of the service, you should receive it! DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE...IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Hurried and no frills!By TamiG | May 12, 2011
I felt like I was cattle and not a paying customer. I felt the girls are trained to push more services and not give the client a relaxing experience like I know for me is the hole idea of going in the first place! I watched one younger girl who took her time and gave her client a good pedicure and leg message. My lady was hurried and this made for a disappointing session for me.

DisappointedBy j | January 20, 2010
I've been to this spa twice (only because I had a spa finders gift card credit to use) and was very disappointed. My first experience was with a facial. It was the worst facial I've ever had and I was concerned the person giving me the facial was damaging my face! It was very rough - I've had several facials before and it should not have felt this way. During my second visit, I had a pedicure (figured they couldn't do much damage there). I had to wait a long time (they were very busy). The pedicure was ok. I liked the polish color selections. Won't be returning!
