I went in for microdermabrasion and my skin feels and looks better. The staff was friendly and knowledgable.

I have been having facials and dermabrasion for about 6 months and have never had a bad experience. The girls are all very professional and knowlegble. Join their club it is a great deal.

I went to Allure Spa in Lakeland, FL for eyelash extensions. Staff member J. indicated that she was out of the needed adhesive and convinced me to persue a Jessner peel (a series of three peels which just happened to be a comparable price as the eyelash extensions). J. indicated that there would be no recovery time. I asked, because my sister's wedding was four days away. J. preceeded to perform the Jessner peel, extractions and an eyebrow wax. ALL procedures were excruciatingly painful. That entire day my face was in terrible pain, raw and was swollen and inflamed. The following day my entire face was covered in scabby burns. I had raw, round sores from where the extractions had been completed after the peel on my raw skin. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that my eyebrows had gaps and were uneven. J. did not ask me anything about my skin. I informed her that I had been using a harsh prescriptive acne medication. I was not asked to sign a consent or release form. It took over two weeks for the scabs to heal completely. I have seen a dermatologist since then and although she has reassured me that the scarring isn't permanent. I will have abnormal, scarred patches of skin for several months.

Wonderful and Relaxing Spa!!!! They have everything you could want here and everyone is very friendly and professional.
