The atmosphere is elegant and professional--an oasis getaway right in the middle of downtown Beaverton. I met manager Traci S. at a networking event and have been a "regular" for over a year. The staff I interact with most treat me like family. Owner Donna does a beautiful job with permanent makeup. I've had Shellac manicures, pedicures, Hollywood wrap, permanent eyeliner, teeth whitening, and brow/lash tints done there. I highly recommend Jeimy for manicures/pedicures or other esthetician treatments. She is an excellent listener and will collaborate with you for superior service.

very fancy place with low quality services. I have been there 3 times, tried different services/specialists , because I did not want jump to a negative conclusion after my first visit. Well, after 3rd visit, that is it. I am dissappointed the worst spa I have tried in Metro PDX area.

As wonderful as regular massage is, I really needed some deep tissue work. Debbie was absolutely fantastic. I originally went in with a friend of mine who had some spa finder certificates but I went back again the following week for more... It was nice sitting in a robe by a fountain filling out paperwork and sipping tea. I'm not sure that is the way these folks usually do intake but since my friend asked, they happily obliged. It was an all round great experience. =)

Really? 10 minutes late because of the train? Which means you were running late as it is! Why do some people think their time is more valuable than others? You being 10 minutes late makes MY appointment have to wait if they were to accomodate you. I've been to the Grand Salon several times and I must say - the people are friendly, the front desk is sociable and yes, I've waited - but for maybe three minutes? I'd definitely recommend this place. It's clean, it's beautiful, and there's plenty of free parking.

Last time I went to this salon I was about 10 minutes late for a brow wax. This was after I waited for a train... They told me that they did not have time for me and suggested that I come back another day. I had been to this spa several times and each time I arrived on time, but was always made to wait. When they sent me away I was so disapointed and upset that I never returned to the spa. I would not receommend this spa.
