Did not accept my spafinder card
It was my birthday and decided to use the spafinder gift cards that my husband gifted to me. Come to my surprise that the service I booked was discounted that week and was not able to use my gift card. Gift cards should be accepted 'same as cash' in my opinion. I will not be returning to that establishment.

Blissful Massages!
Everyone knows a massage is one of the many ways to a woman's heart. So for Valentines Day, my dad decided to give my mom and I gift certificates for a massage. We decided to try Woodhouse...These massages are blissful. They do a sensational job of making you feel so pampered. Having never had a massage before, I wasn't really sure about the logistics: I mean, how naked do I get? They definitely make you feel at ease, and I couldn't have been more comfortable. I also appreciate that before the massage they ask you if you have any trouble areas you would like them to work on, and how hard you want them to work into the muscles. The spa is beautiful and calming and smells great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of stress relief!

Rude
I have been to this spa twice. The second time, I took my mother. I noticed Carol's comment and it's strange because we had the same experience. I found the employees to be rude. When we went to get our pedicures done, the technician gave my mom a hard time about her toe nail. She kept making comments and it made us feel uncomfortable. My mom and I are frequent spa goers. We've been to 5 star spas in Arizona and we'd never had an experience such as this one. Very rude staff in my opinion. I received the $50 promo email from SpaFinder but saw that the only one in San Antonio was Woodhouse Spa. Bummer.

Dissapointment.
I was here 6 months ago and it was so disappointing. My aunt took me on a girls day out and we got our nails done here (apparently she is a frequent customer). The staff was very rude, the woman who took care of my nails was very uncouth and asked if I ever cared for my nails because my cuticles were very long. They did in fact chat among themselves the entire time (except of course when my nail tech clicked her tongue in annoyance at my poor personal nail care). In my defense, a 2 month pregnant woman with a full time job doesn't really have time or energy for nail care. I was embarrassed and disappointed that we spent so much for such terrible service.
