Disappointed with the manicure!!

I had both a massage and manicure here. The massage was very nice and relaxing, but when it came to pay I used a gift certificate that was $10 over the service she gave and she didn't asked if I wanted the $10 back or use it as a tip. She just kept it without a word. About the manicure: Her manicure ad said 45 minutes including a massage for $25, but I only received 25 minutes with no massage. I also had to wait 20 minutes before she started. I felt like she was trying to get rid of me because she had another client waiting. I am really disappointed with the manicure.

I came to sweet surrender for the first time from the spa finder website. And I'm very excited to have found them! Babett did an amazing job on my mani/pedi! My nail polish on my toes lasted over a month!!! And I got my eyebrow waxed and first time Brazilian Bikini wax done and Anna was very quick and gentle and made a huge difference for my eyebrow shape. Thanks sweet surrender, I will be back soon!

I have had a number of massages. I have back injuries and very tight muscles. Jake was able to get the trouble spots with ease. My wife has also been here for facials with Anna and has raved about the personal touch. We will return.
