Brent Allen Salon & Day Spa

They completely ruined my hair. The stylist was more concerned with an appointment she needed to be at than what she was doing to my hair. My hair ended up way over processed. I had beautiful hair that was completely ruined. The sad thing is they didn't even care. They were more interested in charging a fortune and convincing you to buy products they needed to sell rather than would work for you. I will never go back. Sorelli's Spa has been working with me to restore my hair. They are awesome and have done great things with an awful situation. I would avoid Brent Allen's unless you would like to pay a great deal to have them ruin you hair.

This is the worst spa I ever visited. Very unprofessional employees and absolutely don't care about customer satisfaction. I had a green peel done that did nothing to my face although they assured me it will take care of my concerns. They charged me for products that were necessary to achieve results, but they didn't have one of them and despite my several phone calls, never provided it to me. I paid for something I never got! Kelley is the worst employee there, full of lies and she even asked for gratuity. Even the owner doesn't care, so just avoid them, don't waste your time and money. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau, because the way they treat customer is not acceptable. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
