I have only had massages here with Margaret and she is absolutely the best. She gets to the root of my issues and really works them out. The spa is very clean and relaxing.

Took advantage of Spa Week and booked two appointments, one for me and one for my husband. My massage with Margaret was fabulous. Her many years of experience came through especially when she worked on my sciatic pain. The massage was relaxing and just what I needed. So why only 3 stars? Well, my husband's experience was not so good. He had a different masseuse who didn't realize that the massage was suppose to be an hour long. They started ten minutes late (he was on time) and then stopped ten minutes early, which meant he was shorted 20 minutes! (My husband didn't know what to expect and didn't complain because I had booked the appointment as a special treat for him. He even gave a tip, which he now regrets.) My husband said the massage was rushed and not relaxing at all. I called the masseuse afterwards and she offered to give my husband another massage at the Spa Week price. (They were extending Spa Week for everyone.) We paid for something that we didn't get. Why would we want to pay for another massage that wasn't very good, that caused us to be stressed? We are not going back. Only 2 stars for the atmosphere because this is really a no frills place. To say that it's a spa is an exaggeration.

I went with two friends last Friday. What a great way to start a 3-day weekend! Yuki did my hot stone massage---excellent! This was followed by a light lunch and spa-tini. Next was the facial with Leslie...again, excellent! Very clean facility and very accommodating staff. They made an exceptionally great experience for all of us.

The push therapy massage has helped me with so many small issues that have really made a difference to my overall well being. The staff also educates you about the techniques, essential oils and how massage can holistically aid your body to heal. More of a mind/body connection is made for the client instead of just a fru-fru massage. I'm now a monthly customer and would recommend this service to all of my friends and family as part of a healthy body maintenance routine. Atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. Smells are calming as soon as you walk in the building. Lets you leave your cares at the door. Bliss!

I went to this spa last year with my girlfriends. The ladies went above and beyond to make our day extra special and my massage and facial were awesome. I definately plan to visit again!

The women at Essential Body Works were wonderful!!! They were able to accommodate 3 of us on a Saturday on 2 days notice! They also went the extra mile to make this spa experience great. The rooms were inviting, cozy, and relaxing... Genesis was my massage therapist and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! She did a hot oil combination massage. Hanan was my esthetician and she really paid attention to my super sensitive skin. The foot scrub and massage with the facial was so relaxing...I fell asleep. I would definitely make the drive (I live about 60 miles away) to see these wonderful ladies again!
