I live in Buffalo, NY and I went to Florida for a vacation, and decided to Pamper myself and I went to the Spa, and recieved a 1.5 hour massage, and a blow out, best experience ever. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, offered a drink and then was seated for a breif wait where I indulged in some chocolate covered strawberries!! The massage was the best ever, very professional and I felt very comfortable, I hated when it was over. Then I finished off the night with a blow-out and it was wonderful. I was treated like a queen!!! I will go back next time I am in Florida!! This Spa is highly recommended you will not be sorry!!!

I am so grateful that I found Indulge Salon & Spa. It is by far above all the others that I have tried. I was given a discount off my first visit and a free deep conditioning just for coming in. What exemplary service! I have been back several times to see Lana, Colleen, and Paula. I would def recommend letting their capable hands handle any needs you may have. The entire staff is amazing and the Salon environment is very warm, serene, and beautiful. On the weekends, there are even Mimosas waiting as you start your day of pampering. Everyone is very catering and interested in ensuring that you feel like you are the only client. I will definitely keep returning time and time again.

The service I received at this Spa was incredible! From the moment I walked into the door the front desk girls had me at hello. Immediately sat me down and offered me something to drink, while I waited very briefly for my stylist. My service continued to be amazing as I went into the back to get my hair done by Tonia. SHE WAS GREAT !!!! Tonia is very talkative and so very sweet. She definitely knows what she is doing and has plenty of knowledge about hair. I have definitely found my new stylist. Checking out was quick and easy, the front desk girl had me leaving with a smile just as I walked in with one. Indulge is definitely the place to be.

Everything about this Spa is wonderful. The staff, the design, the services. It was hard to leave. I was able to have several services done, and it was amazing. Each one was better than the previous. I would recommend to anyone.

Though this spa is beautiful there seems to be a lot of turnover amongst staff. It's not the easiest place to get into so have a lot of options available before calling. Also, the front desk staff is not professional at all - you'll be left on hold for a while!! Once you get in, it's mostly worth it! Not a five star by any means, but a solid three star.

I've never been a girly-girl but I had to go to one of my friends wedding. I called Indulge and they recommended Lana. I'm so happy I went. My hair looked amazing and I got compliments all night long. If anyone needs to dress up from head to toe make sure to see Lana. She's great.

My husband gave me a well deserved gift card for a pre-natal massage with Mark. At first I was concerned because I don't feel like being seen this fat. Mark was absolutely amazing. It was comfortable, relaxing, and pain relieving. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and pretty just like the salon. I still have a few more months to go and I've already booked my next massage.

My daughter and I made appointments for our vacation at this salon based on all the positive reviews. The decor is gorgeous, but all of the services were disappointing. Our requests were not conveyed to the technicians correctly. The hand treatment was much less than described, and the pedicure area and rest room were not as pristine as I am used to. We found the whole atmosphere less than professional. More like Truvy's in Steel Magnolia than a modern, up-to-date day spa.

Well I went to have my hair done months ago, and I have never been happier with my hair cut and color. I see Marissa, and she is awesome. I have very fine dry hair, and she knew exactly how to cut it. Also recommended some amazing products that have really changed my hair texture for the better. I am a loyal customer now and will recommend everyone. My best friend goes to Michelle and LOVES HER TOO!!! I read some of the other reviews and all I can say is...ask for someone with experience and YOU WILL BE HAPPY!!!

I love love love Indulge....the massage girls are awesome!! After a glass of wine and a massage, I always feel sooo relaxed. The prices aren't bad, I don't think, most of their services are cheaper than the other high-end salons but they're no Haircuttery -- you get what you pay for! I've seen a few of the hairdressers there -- I'm always last minute and can't stick with one person and I've never had a bad experience, they always take their time and listen to what I want....

I recently started treating myself to spa treatments. I chose Indulge from the raves I heard from a couple of my friends. I have been for massage, facial, and manicure/pedicure on different occassions.I just realized the last time I was in that they were part of this site and I wanted to give my review so that others could find this great little spot and be as happy as I am with their spa experience. It is relaxing. The staff seems to be very well trained on the products as well as how to deal with customers. They are all very nice and professional. I will be buying gift certificates often for family and friends....and hope I get some in return! For the people who commented on this spa and rated it poorly, I hope you look here and see that they are under new ownership and try it again. I can't see how you wouldn't be pleased!

Induleg day Spa is a great place to get any service you want, everyone is so nice. I love the decor' the place looks like a salon in LA - BEAUTIFUL! As soon as you walk in the door you are notice offered a beverage and you are are taking complete care off. I look amazing everytime i walk out of that door. The prices are great for the excellent services that you get. They have really done a fabulous job. I have gotten about 5 different service they offer and i have loved everything. Everyone is amazing.... and i recommend everyone to INDULGE!!!!!

after going to another nearby salon/spa for 3 years i decided to try indulge.the experience was awesome..the staff was great and the salon is simply gorgeous.first i had a massage with elizabeth...best massage ever!..from there i got a color treatment and cut from susan..i look great!.i will be back often..check out some of the retail..i bought some moroccan oil..its great

I was in town visiting family and I had a wonderful day Indulging. The staff was so friendly. I was offered beer, wine.. My massage was fantastic. My hair looked fabulous! The stylists were all very classy and the ambiance was that of a 5 star spa! . What blew me away was the prices.. WELL PRICED for all that I recieved..

I got a gift certificate from a friend of mine and I chose to get a facial and a massage. They have a chocolate facial that is just wonderful and my face felt like never before. The massage was awesome too. I felt so relaxed. Both ladies were very nice and I have to say that I am looking forward to come back again.

I love this salon/spa! I come here regularly for my hair appointments and will sometimes treat myself to massages and/or facials. I've also tried out a pedicure! I have nothing negative to say. The atmosphere is beautiful....very warm, inviting and comfortable. The service I received has always been great. I have since recommended to several friends. As long as I live close by, this is my spa of choice!
