A New U Day Spa

Best present EVER!!!! My son and his wife got me a spa package for my birthday. I had a massage,facial and mud wrap. This was the most relaxing day I've had in a long time. I enjoyed every minute. The staff was right on :)

Teresa has been doing my hair for a while now and I have never been happier. She works with me and for the first time in years I am able to work with my out-of-control naturally curly hair. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist. Teresa ROCKS!

She has worked with me to where I am truly happy with my hair. To anyone looking for someone who listens to you and doesn't push their ideas on you, I would recommend Teresa highly. She ROCKS!

I went to this spa because of the deal through Groupon, and the whole time I was thinking to myself it wasn't even worth what I paid on Groupon. I arrived 20 minutes early like people normally do before a spa appointment and I waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes past my appointment. The people at the front desk were completly unprofessional and obnoxious. At least they could behave somewhat as if it was a spa atmosphere. The aromatheropy wrap person was just a couple months out of school and I felt like she "plopped" lotion on me and wrapped me up.....thats it...end of story...nothing else. I felt like suggesting to her she should go get a couple massages so she could get an idea of what her customers were expecting. Parrish was wonderful I must say. I felt somewhat relaxed when I got my facial, but it was so difficult to get over the disappointment of everything in the begining. I won't suggest to any more my friends or associates, sorry.

The photos on the site make it appear more professional and upscale than it is. The staff dressed very unprofessional. The front desk man had broken glasses and a stained shirt on. The rest of the employees were either in jeans, tee shirts, and flip flops. My massage was one of the worse I ever had. The one very good thing was Parrish gave a GREAT facial.

I showed up for my appointment and upon arrival was told that Theresa was not available and she felt ill and did not have my number to contact me before hand. She did have my number when I booked the reservation several days ago. Is she that unorganized that she lost my telephone number? This situation was very unprofessional and is a bad representation of the salon overall. Also, there was no apology upon arriving at the salon, discount offered for next service, etc. The cost of gas is very high and time is money. I not only wasted gas but my time as well. I will never go back!

I went to see Heather based on a groupon i had gotten for a body wrap. I had totally expected discounted service at this discounted price. NOT so at all. Heather gave me a fabulous massage incorporated in the wrap and and made me relaxed hours after I left the spa.

I originally found this spa through Spa Finder, when given a gift certificate almost a year ago. I Scheduled a Facial and Massage because of the Great Prices they had to offer! I was scheduled with Heather Smith for my Massage and Suzanne for my facial, granite i am an Esthetician myself, and know what to be expecting in the Spa industry! I absolutely LOVE and ADORE both of these TALENTED women, i have been going to them as often as i can!!! Excellent Treatments, and Excellent Customer Service everytime!!!

Im very pleased that I found a spa close to home with such great prices. I dont like a "big spa" experience and this was perfect. Heather did my massage and Suzanne did my facial, both awesome. The staff is very sweet and made me feel welcome!

My girlfriend & I had a wonderful time at this spa..the staff is simply the best! The relax spa package is very affordable and worth every minute! I felt like a new woman!

I would consider myself to be a "Frequent Flyer" in the Day Spa Community. I have Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritus and having frequent massages helps me to stay active. I have been to several Day Spas in the area, and I must say that A New U Day Spa has proven to be "THE BEST "I have ever visited. The girls that work in this beautiful shop are exceptional at customer service and kindness. The prices are very affordable, the massages I receive are by far the most relaxing I have ever had. I will never go to another Day Spa. You can even get a pedicure, manicure, and your hair done (pick Jill) and Makeup and...... They are Great !!!! I Promise you will be so happy there..

Never Ever have I had a day like this one....... I was there for 4 luxurious Hours.... I had a facial, A hot stone massage, a Pedicure and a Manicure..... and I even got fed a wonderful yummy lunch !!! WOW !!! I was in Heaven... I have been to many many Day Spa's... But I would drive forever to go back to this one..... It is SO WORTH it.... Heather, Audie, Clarisse, Jill, Suzanne and...... I was in such heaven I can't remember all the girls names... but beleive me... YOU GOTTA GO THERE........ If you don't ... You will never know what it is to get a REAL MASSAGE........

I own a Custom Faux Painting business and I NEED to get the knots out of my neck and back alot !!! Therefore I go to massage places alot!!!! I have never in 15 years experienced such great service as I have at A New U Day Spa. The Employees were so nice ... They made me feel so comfortable..... I did not want to leave... I felt like a whole new person Physically and Mentally.. What a wonderful, beautifully decorated, comfortable, relaxing Day Spa..... If you are looking for the perfect Spa.... Go see for yourself..... You will never go any where else...... and extremely affordable......

i got shorted out of the amount of time i requested. the therapist was late. i would prefer to go to a resort spa

I had a wonderful experience with this spa. I had received a spa finder gift certifcate and chose A New U Days Spa to go to. I had used spa finder to find the perfect spa and an affordable one. I wanted somewhere that was going to give me the most for my dollars. After comparing several locations and reviewing online what they had, I chose this one. I set up my appointment and was set. My masseuse, Audie, was so nice and personable. She responded to what I needed for my experiences. I have had massages and spa experiences before and knew what to expect. I let her do her work and if I didnt like a technique, i was able to communicate with her. I had no problems and enjoyed my facial, body wrap, salt scrub mani/pedi, massage and relaxation. It was the best. The spa has so many different packages there is surely something everyone can find to fit any budget. Im definitly going back. Im telling the world about this spa.

Today was my first visit to A New U Day Spa in Chandler, and I know it won't be my last. I had a 50-minute therapeutic massage with hot stones, and it was wonderfully relaxing. My therapist was Audie - she has great technique and responded to my requests for extra help with tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be going back.
