I feel so comfortable at FX You Salon and Spa. My clients have been having a fabulous time planning their days at the Spa for various treatments. Since some of the staff is INDEPENDENT of the facility, its hard to know who to ask questions of specific services because everyone has their own sense of style. I think that is my favorite part. I have had treatments from, at least, more than half a dozen of the renters and staff. And to my surprize having ethnic features does not keep me from getting fabulous service.

I went to the spa to get a deep tissue massage but what I got was a glorified swiss massage. None of my major muscles were worked out and my neck, chest and thighs were not even touched. It was suppose to be an hour massage and I got a half hour max. I had to discuss with the manager about paying less. She didn't even apologize to me she said the best I can do it give you a discount. She was very rude. I left there reaking of bengay. There was no spa atmosphere from the music to the smell and the professionals. I was not once offered if I needed anything and when I was finished it was up to me to find my way back to the front desk. I left here feeling more stressed then when I got there. I would not recommend this spa to anyone who wants a real massage.
