    Elements Therapeutic of Middleton is located in the heart of downtown Middleton. The 1,000-square-foot spa has six private massage rooms, including one couple's room, with candlelight and soft music enhancing the cozy atmosphere of each room. Natural earthy colors highlighting the interiors add to the spa's relaxing environment. The spa's specialty is massage and trained massage therapists perform massages such as Swedish, deep-tissue, trigger point, sports, prenatal, hot stone, and couple's. On-location chair massage is also available for special events. Packages of six and 12 packages of 55-minute massage can be given as gifts. Clients may also participate in a membership program to enjoy monthly massages.

Some tables need to be replaced

I have been very happy 80-minute member for years and my massages are blissful ALMOST all the time. BUT there are a couple rooms that have rickety tables that I just cannot relax. When (Dave is superb by the way) he presses down, the table "gives" as if a bolt is loose. If you hear me out there, powers that be, please upgrade your tables so I can give you a solid five stars. Oh, and sometimes the chatter from the staff room is a bit too boisterous.

I've been here several times for deep-tissue massage to help soothe injuries and muscle soreness from training. Their higher-level masseuses give great massages at an intensity that makes the effect last for more than a day.

Elements is the best massage therapy company I have been to. There are so many therapists, each with various specialties that you are surely to get a pro for whatever style you desire. I am an athelete and use the massages for quicker recovery and healing. I used to have severe ankle problems do to the build up of scar tissue over years of injuries. My therapist spends time breaking up that scar tissue and I no longer have any pain and much better flexibility. I highly recommend Elements Therapeutic Massage!

I've been to Elements in Middleton, WI numerous times. I would recommend Nikole to anyone that is looking to not only get a massage, but learn about ways that you can improve your health. The staff is always polite and the experience is always relaxing. The prices are also very competitive - I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to elements for the past 3 years and love it! I am not picky about my therapists and simply want to feel comfortable and relaxed. I have never been let down and have even brought my mother and 2 best friends there when they came to visit me. A great perk is that if you have massages build up on your account you can gift them to friends/family, what a great present! Definitely recommended!

I have been receiving therapeutic massages for years given my history of uncommon back pain and being prone to knots in my neck. They've all been mediocre, barely getting the job done, until I came to Elements. The therapist I had, Laura was her name I believe, gave me such great advice on ways to stretch my muscles to ease the pain until I am able to get my massages. It's one thing to receive a massage but another to be pointed out to all the good it does for my body!

I wanted to write a review as I have had a great experience for my mother. I recently had my parents up to visit me from out of town. In planning for this I wanted to do something special for my mom since she is always working so hard and worrying about all of us kids. Not only did I get her a massage but I need to say it was her first one. My mothers first massage was a success. Not only did she come out glowing but she also said how nice everyone was to her. In addition, I think it is note worthy to say she went in worried this being her first massage and came out with out a care in the world. Thank you everyone at Elements for making this a special visit for her. I am now a loyal customer and have a deal where I get a massage every month for a low cost. They take the money right out of my account and if I don't use the massage it carries over. I use my extra massages for clients and good friends. Thanks, Chris Noffke

Broken Promise: Won't honor refund

I purchased a series of 80-minute sessions. For my last session they incorrectly scheduled me for 55-minutes. I was told after my session that I would be receiving a $25 refund on my credit card which they have on file. Two weeks have now passed and the refund has not been received on my credit card. I have followed up with them three times and I was told they cannot help me because they see the refund on their end. I have clearly communicate the history of this issue and even offered to come in with a copy of my accounts recent activity to proove to them that it has not been received...but I was still told there was nothing they can do. To put it plainly...I DO NOT trust them!
