Find another place!
Staff was rude and not good at their jobs. I had french manicure that was crooked and eyebrow waxing that was too thin even though I explicitly asked to not have them thin.

Although we wished that we were made aware of your dissatisfaction at the time of your visit so we could've corrected things, we are sincerely sorry for the lack of professionalism & service you felt you received. This is not our standard of customer service. Your issues have been addressed with our staff to ensure no repeats. We would like to offer an opportunity to have you back as our guest, and receive the quality experience we aim to provide for all of our guests. Give us a second chance and we promise you won't be disappointed.

My mani/pedi was awesome! I loved the decor of the place, and my manicurist was really nice. My polish also lasted at least 7 days. Will definitely be back for more!

Very pricey for poor quality
My Best friend and I went there all excited on our girls day out. She called that morning at 10 am when they opened to try and get us an appointment. They said they were booked until 2:45 so we took it. we passed by there around 12:30 on our way to lunch and the place was completely dead. thought that was strange. well after arriving there it is a very cute and chic place, we had a private room and thought we would be able to talk to each other and have a relaxing time. well instead of us talking to each other we found ourselves LISTENING to the staff and their lifestyle and children and opinions. Then we found out that they only had one nail technician and everyone else did pedis only. she was a very sweet girl, told us about her life and that she doesn't have a lot of experience in nails yet.. . my nails were done in the dark, they were not very good and i even had one break after a day. and she even gave me her business card so i could get me nails done at her house. for what i paid there....and the service... i would never get them done.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the lack of professionalism & service which resulted in an experience that was not satisfactory. This is not our standard of customer service. The issues you raised have been addressed with our staff to insure there is always a high level of client satisfaction. This has and always will be our main priority. Recent visit to Bliss Nail Salon was a hot mess. A friend gave me a gift card as a Christmas gift. I was excited to try the salon because I heard it was chic and cute. Made an appointment 2 days before. They asked for my credit card, by phone, to "hold" my spot for the mani/pedi...thought that was odd! When I arrived, there were no customers. Several technicians were sitting in the customer waiting area reading magazines. One got up and the other said someone would be with me soon. The unfriendly receptionist asked me "what I wanted done". Told her I made an appointment for a mani/pedi. She told me my name was not on the schedule, but my name was in the system. Asked her if someone could work me in. She never answered me but asked if I had ever been there before, then handed me a questionnaire on a clipboard. I then asked if I was going to be able to get an appointment....to which she said, "I gave you a clipboard, didn't I?" Not sure if she was in a bad mood or didn't like her job...either way, she was so rude and never smiled; shouldn't have been there. While waiting, I had to sit in the sun because there are no blinds in the waiting area; no one offered as much as a drink of water while waiting. The feeling I got was that I was not welcome there. I called the owner....who said she was sorry and would make it right but I don't want to go there again. Unprofessional; immature employees. Bad service in this economy is a No-No.
At Bliss Nail Spa, besides hygiene & quality of service, the spa experience through excellent customer satisfaction is also a Top priority. We are the first ones to own-up to someone's less than perfect experience. We called the customer, listened to the complaint, apologized for the experience, and asked the customer to come back by offering a free-service visit so they can have the opportunity to experience the spa in all of its glory. We would like to make every special effort possible to recover by extending this invitation to the customer in hopes of rebuilding trust in our services.

Pricey, but well worth it
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and you cannot beat sipping on a martini while you get your nails done. The prices are a bit steep, but my manicure was gorgeous and the polish lasted longer than it ever had before. If it's in the budget, definitely worth it.

Very cute atmosphere, skilled and nice manicurists and my manicure has lasted longer than any manicure I have ever had. I sipped a free appletini while two manicurists worked on my toes and hands. It is a little pricier than the typical shopping strip nail shops, but the staff, drinks and quality made it worth it. Next time, I plan to visit their "nail bar" for a quick (and cheaper) update between regular manicures.
