Spafinder Wellness Ad Specifications

Spafinder Wellness references IAB standards for ad unit guidelines. We accept static files (jpg/gif), Flash (swf), and rich media (Motif, Eyeblaster, etc.).

Please send all creative assets at least 7 business days before contracted launch date to kenneth.hoo@spafinder.com and margaret.somerstein@spafinder.com with a copy to the Account Director.

Creative Specifications

  • Frames per second: 24fps
  • Animation length: 15 seconds
  • Animations stop after three rotations
  • Expanding creatives must only expand upon user initiation
  • All flash creatives need accompanying static image backup (jpg or gif)
  • We suggest including a single, prominent call-to-action on the banner

  • We suggest including a single, prominent call-to-action on the banner

Dedicated Email Guidelines

  • Client must provide:
    • Subject Line: approximately 50 characters
    • Completed HTML file: One Offer Template
    • Individual assets are as follows (you may provide larger images to be resized):
      • 10-word header caption
      • 273x232 header image
      • 20-word header description
      • 150x150 logo image
      • Description of offer
  • HTML should take in account the support of elements in all major email clients. See http://www.campaignmonitor.com/css/ for helpful guidance.
  • Email will be framed around a Spafinder Wellness header and footer, and must follow the provided template.
  • The Spafinder "Get xx" theme will be included at the top of the email. See examples of the "Get xx" themes we will include on our Wellness 365 page.
  • The max pixel width should be 550px.
  • No flash, background images, style sheets, row spans in HTML.
  • We suggest including a prominent call to action (click) button and call to action link.
  • We suggest following a 60/40, image/text ratio.

Guidelines

  • Client must provide:
    • Property Logo
    • 3-5 images that represent the property and the spa
    • Brief copy (around 75 words) describing the property and spa
    • The property's Twitter and Facebook handles
    • Link to your site that you would like us to use
  • Sweepstakes Promo Form must be filled out and approved by Spafinder Wellness.
