From Healthy Cocktails from the Royal Park Evian, 2000, Editions Herme.

  • 4 or 5 strawberries, stemmed
  • and cut into pieces
  • 3 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 3/4 oz. mandarin orange juice
  • 1 tsp. plain yogurt
  • 5 sage leaves, crushed
  • 1 3/4 oz. mineral water
  • 5 ice cubes

Put the strawberries in a blender. Add the pineapple juice, mandarin orange juice, yogurt, sage leaves, water, and ice cubes. Blend for 30 seconds and strain into a large glass.
