- 4 or 5 strawberries, stemmed
- and cut into pieces
- 3 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 3/4 oz. mandarin orange juice
- 1 tsp. plain yogurt
- 5 sage leaves, crushed
- 1 3/4 oz. mineral water
- 5 ice cubes
Put the strawberries in a blender. Add the pineapple juice, mandarin orange juice, yogurt, sage leaves, water, and ice cubes. Blend for 30 seconds and strain into a large glass.
