The Aspen Center for Integral Health will host the 4th annual summer benefit Spa-Tacular on August 8, 2008. The event will take place at Skip Gozzo's new $43.8M estate, "Villa Toscana"; providing an evening of sumptuous cuisine, entertainment and dancing under Aspen"s summer sky.

Spa-Tacular will feature five internationally renowned chefs - representing pre-eminent spas and resorts. Each Chef will contribute a signature dish to a five-course tasting menu. Fine wines from several widely-acclaimed vintners will be paired to each course. The honored chefs will receive the Platinum Carrot Award for innovative and remarkable contributions to healthy, gourmet nutrition and cuisine.

Spa-Tacular will also feature several "mini-spa" treatments and services, provided in partnership with national sponsor SpaFinder. Guests will enjoy these treatments, organic cocktails and spa gifts as they mingle throughout "Villa Toscana," newly completed on West Buttermilk in Aspen. The home, open to all guests, provides a brilliant backdrop to breath-taking mountain views and night skies.

Proceeds from the Spa-Tacular live and silent auction items helps support ACIH as it expands programming on prevention, health and wellness; and broadens its reach throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. Spa-Tacular is an eco-friendly event, committed to environmentally conscious partners, products and services.
