How to Enter the Sweepstakes:

After you complete the Survey and entry form, click on "submit" and you will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries are due by 11:59 pm (EST), on March 1, 2009. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
Participants must complete the survey and entry form and provide a valid e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is also not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, whether caused by Internet users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. In addition, Sponsor is not responsible for failed, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or misrouted electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (i) legal U.S. residents located in the U.S., and (ii) age 18 and older. Drawing:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about March 12, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. ODDS OF WINNING ARE BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. Winner will be notified by e-mail.
Grand Prize:
One (1) seven (7) night spa getaway package for two persons at Valle Escondido, Panama, including airfare; plus one year's worth of Pevonia products. Package includes Deluxe double occupancy accommodation; breakfast (including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice) each day; two (2) single spa treatments or one (1) couples massage; access to indoor heated swimming pool, gym, racquetball court, tennis court, 9 hole executive golf course. All taxes for the above package are included. All gratuities, additional beverages, other meals, other spa services, additional taxes not included above, and all other expenses not specified herein are not included and are sole the responsibility of the winners.
Roundtrip coach airfare (up to US$2,000 in value) from major gateway airport nearest winner's residence to David, Panama is included. Ground transportation to and from David, Panama airport to Valle Escondido is included. If the Grand Prize Winner lives within one hundred (100) miles of Valle Escondido, the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded and ground transportation will be substituted in lieu thereof and no additional compensation will be provided for the difference in prize value. One or more stopovers may be required on air transportation. Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest must travel together at the same time and/or on the same itinerary. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be booked together and cannot be taken separately. Once trip dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. No extension or change of trip dates permitted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once they are in Grand Prize Winner's possession, or in the possession of Grand Prize Winner's guest. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services.
Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo ID, etc.) and insurance. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used. Prize components cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and no portion may be separated except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Grand Prize package is subject to blackout dates and availability, you must check with the property prior to making reservation. Grand Prize is not available December 20-January 2, at any time during February, or Holy Week in Panama. Prize package must be used within twelve (12) months after being awarded to winner.
Grand Prize also includes a year's supply of Pevonia beauty products, selected by Pevonia.
Approximate retail value of Grand Prize package is $4,900.
General:
All taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize is nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except as provided herein. In the event the Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. The winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release within 5 calendar days of the date when such documents are sent to winner, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The Prize will be awarded to verified winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release SpaFinder, Inc., Pevonia, Valle Escondido, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as its and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and shareholders, from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize. Participants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information by Sponsor, or any party authorized by Sponsor, for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of noncompliance with the official rules, if a winner cannot be reached at the e-mail address in winner's entry form within 5 calendar days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the particular prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to a participant's system that is occasioned by participating in this Sweepstakes or by downloading any information necessary to participate in the promotion. Any dispute or claim arising out of the play of this Sweepstakes, or any disputes with site users which arise as a result of the use of this website, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without respect to conflicts of laws principles. Any such claim shall be brought and maintained in the federal or state courts of the State of New York. If any provisions of these official rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft, or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Entries that have been tampered with are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
