What are the benefits of joining the Day Spa Partner Program?
A basic partnership includes a free listing on Spafinder.com with one photo and limited description and contact information. By accepting SpaFinder Gift Cards and Certificates, your spa will generate incremental revenue and valuable new clients.

The enhanced partnership includes a description of your spa, up to four photographs, a link to your spa's website, and full contact information. Enhanced partners benefit from preferred positioning in ZIP code search results, the most popular search on SpaFinder.com.

Are there any start-up or recurring fees?
The fee for an Enhanced Listing is US$79.99 per month, billed monthly to your credit card.

How does SpaFinder Gift Certificate or Gift Card Redemption work?
A customer comes to your spa with a SpaFinder Gift Certificate that clearly states a dollar amount. You accept the certificate or card for services or products equivalent to the dollar amount. Follow the complete instructions for gift certificate and gift card redemption and you will promptly receive a check for the dollar amount of the gift certificate or card, less a 17% marketing fee.

How can I redeem a SpaFinder Gift Certificate or Gift Card?

What if someone comes in with a SpaFinder Gift Certificate for a dollar amount that doesn't match the price of our services?
If the certificate is for too little money, simply charge the customer the difference at the time the services are rendered. There is no marketing fee on this additional payment. If the certificate is for too much money, most spas issue one of their own gift certificates, good only at their spa, for the balance.

Can I still continue with my own gift certificate program?
Of course! We encourage you to have your own gift certificate program and hope that SpaFinder Gift Certificates will simply bring new customers to your spa.

How many SpaFinder Gift Certificates can I expect to see in a month?
Most Day Spa Partner spas redeem about three SpaFinder Gift Certificates in a given month. This varies depending on season, location, and other factors. If you are interested in seeing more business from SpaFinder Gift Certificates, your account manager can work with you on additional opportunities to increase your exposure online.

It is important to remember that most of the business you will receive from SpaFinder will come from people who see your listing on our website, and then call your spa directly for an appointment. We do not receive any commission on this type of interaction - just the satisfaction of knowing we're helping your business grow!

As an example of what you might expect, here is a comment from a new Day Spa Partner in Florida: "I would like to let you know what a great response we have received from our listing on your website. Within two days we had two telephone inquiries and an out-of-state Gift Certificate purchase for a Spa Package. How can I enroll in the Day Spa Partner Program?
You can enroll online at www.spafinder.com/dayspaprogram.

How long does it take to process an enrollment?
It takes up to one week to process an enrollment from the time that we receive the request and a menu of spa services.

What am I agreeing to by enrolling in the Day Spa Partner Program?
By enrolling online, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Partner Program Agreement.

What kind of commitment am I making by signing up?
The program is risk free, as you can leave at any time with 30 days' written notice. If you sign up for the Enhanced Listing, payment is made on a monthly basis, with no commitment beyond the first month. You may stop this payment at any time, at which point you can choose to continue with a Basic Listing.

Can I get a link to my spa's website, more photos, an e-mail link, and a written overview added to my Basic Listing?

Should my spa enroll in the Day Spa Partner Program?
We only accept full-service spas in our program. However, there is no fee for filling out the enrollment form and it takes only a few moments. You may even fill out the Enhanced Listing form, and if for some reason your spa is not accepted in our program, you will not be billed. It is always worth enrolling your spa.

What if I still have more questions?
