In this first month of a fresh new year, I felt it might be fun to do a "Spa Industry Year in Review" to look at the past and also to anticipate the future. So I gathered the staff here in the SpaFinder office to recall what created the buzz in 2003 and to pool our thoughts about what would be doing it in 2004.
