Setting up an appointment - took several phone calls. The owner is the receptionist, and kept calling me by the wrong name, gets the dates mixed up, and puts me on hold every single time; one phone call she put me on hold three times and once I was on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up, called back, and she acted nonchalant. She calls three days prior to appt, that her worker "called in sick or something". Made me suspicious that she overbooked (which I later found out would not be the first time).

Spa - narrow, rundown.

Massage - I have eczema, which is NOT contagious and I have had massages with unscented, natural oils in the past. I was told to"get out" and the owner said "I don't give massages to people with eczema". Then says, "Don't ever go to a spa, that's not right for the workers". What discrimination! No one has treated me with disgust because of my eczema. That was unprofessional and biased. And in all honesty, I doubt she knew what eczema was.

I would never ever go there again, and would not recommend to a friend. The special packages they offer has a reason - no one would go there if they charged their regular prices! Please do yourself a favor and go to another spa. Get pampered at a spa that actually has class.
