Clarins Skin Spa - Upper East Side
The most relaxing facial I've ever had!

When you think facial, you don't think “ahh, time to relax,” and when I entered the Clarins Skin Spa on Madison Ave I wasn't sure what I was in for. My therapist was waiting for me in the retail area, and escorted me quickly to the atrium where I completed a brief questionnaire. Once in the treatment room, I was delighted to find that I had my own changing area right in the treatment room, instead of needing to change first in a locker room. Before the treatment started, my aesthetician explained that Clarins does not do extractions because it feels that the process is too violent for the skin. And I agree! She checked out my skin and chose ingredients and products that would not only help some of my problem areas but benefit my skin in general. The application of the products to my face was so relaxing. This was the first facial that put me to sleep! Skin glowing, I left with lots of samples to test, including this wonderful beauty flash eye cream. I'll certainly be heading back! So happy to have it in the neighborhood.

Many thanks to your team for a terrific life enhancing experience. Your spa is wonderful and the passion your team shares for what you do shines through. The meals rival that of 4 star restaurants in NYC and the spa services rank just as high. I will definitely be back and it can't be soon enough for me!
