First, I can't help but mention how relaxed I felt merely by just walking into this spa. It is set in a beautiful historic home which creates instant ambience.

I found this salon / spa on Spa Finder and decided to go in for waxing and hair cut and color. I just moved to TX from Chicago and while in Chicago, I had several bad experiences with finding a stylist who could cut curly hair. Hard to believe, I know, but very true. In fact, I was traveling back to my home town Toledo, OH to see my stylist. In any case, I made an appointment with ASHLEY and she did a FANTASTIC job cutting and coloring my hair! I couldn't be more happy! I'm a tough customer when it comes to my hair and anyone with curly hair understands that a bad cut means frizzy, unmanageable, unstylable, Rosana Danna hair for weeks!! I also highly recommend this location for underarm and bikini waxes.

Everyone at the salon is very friendly and they accomodated my last minute request to change times. I will visit again next time I'm in the Dallas area.

I had an appointment for a 60 minute massage. I arrived for my appointment early but was greeted into the massage room 10 minutes into my appointment time and by the time the massage started, it was 15 minutes into my appointment. It was a great massage! When it was over, I realized I only received 45 minutes.

I wish I had said something but didn't. I would visit this spa again and give it another chance, but next time I will make sure I get what I pay for.
