Problems with scheduling massages, price verification (price/ specials would be higher upon check-in than when I called for appt).--Massages were average, overall--one was poor. I wouldn't return.

I've had some excellent massages here and one that was so-so, but they were all basically worthwhile. I love the merchandise on sale in the lobby--very cute stuff for sale. I had an eyebrow wax that was good. I haven't tried a whole lot of different items so I'll have to respond more later when I have more experience with Skin Deep. But I'd return :).
