A friend and I went to Miami for a long weekend. We wanted to have a spa day, and chose IGM based on the information we saw on SpaFinder. IGM is a hair salon where the back rooms have been converted into a "spa". So if ambiance is important to you, this is not the place to go. We were disappointed, but made the most of the experience. Having said that, I felt that the staff was very friendly and professional. However, if we had been provided with additional information (and better photos) this would not have been our first choice for a day of pampering.
I would visit this business again? No
