I have been seeing Kris for massages for a few years now. She really helped keep me in form while training for my first marathon. Right combo of working out the knots and keeping it a relaxing experience as well. Always like the music selection. It is never a rushed time. If you want to relax, feel great afterwards, and get some knots worked out, look no further!
