The only thing I did not like was having to come back home! I could not have asked for a better week. The staff were all amazing -- friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. There was a diverse mix of guests at all fitness levels who ranged from 17 - 70 years old. Somehow Fitness Ridge's program was perfect for every one of them. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose but choose this spa as a fitness jump start to get passed a plateau. Boy did it work; I dropped 6 inches and 4 percent body fat in just on week! At the end of the day, spa services were a welcome form of relaxation -- the spa staff was top-notch! Whether you are looking for a quick fitness jump start or significant weight loss this place will make you feel at home. I'm already looking at my calendar to see when I can go back.

Can't find a better spa

I keep telling myself not to go to the same spa "AGAIN" but the more I look at other places the more I realize that I will soon be going back to Red Mountain for my third year in a row. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern decor; the fitness activities are great and diverse; the hikes are spectacular; the food -- you'd never know it's healthy (yum!); the community dining table where you get to dine with other solo travelers is a great way to spend the end of your day .. well that and a great massage. Oh and the not only let me bring my dog but welcome him with a bag of healthy doggy treats.
