satisfactory spa services/reception staff poor July 14, 2007 | 53 of 100 people found this review helpful
My daughter and I went away for a weekend to Scottsdale. As soon as we arrived at our hotel, we called the Lamar Everyday Spa -chosen because the Doubletree recommended it and it was nearby.
Staff at desk was confused-cancelled one of our scheduled services because someone had called in sick...then tried to blame us saying they should not have scheduled mini services by phone.
Waiting area had half full cups and glasses sitting around that needed to be cleared.
Girl who showed us around gave no info on appt times, etc or our schedule for day.
Daughter had to go look for someone for her facial appt after waiting past scheduled time for someone to come and get her.
ENTIRE salon seemed focused on a photo shoot that day and that was priority over scheduled clients.
I will say that JOSH gave me an incredible massage...but rest of staff needs help.I would visit this business again? No
