I took my bridal party there to relax the day before my wedding and it was a mess! As I was the bride and had other appointments that day, I asked to be helped b4 my girls (they didn't mind!)- the receptionist snapped and said they're very busy that day and they'll get to me whenever (mind you, I made the appointment 1 month in advance). Then she ended up scheduling me last - it seems out of spite even though I was very polite to her - and I missed two of my appointments!
Also, they lost my clothes while I was in the massage room - it took 15 minutes for them to figure out who took it away.
For the most part, my bridal party was very unhappy with the service - we're all devout spa-goers and we all agreed the massage was very poor - and the facials merely average.
I would visit this business again? No
