The best thing this spa offers is variety. There are relaxation, medical, detox treatment plus a full beauty treatment list for hair and nails.

The treatments are very nice, the therapists are friendly and know their stuff.

I was disappointed with the treatment waiting area. It is not the usual dimly lit, quiet relaxation area most spas have. The room is open, bright and loud with people walking by the door and entering/exiting the room.

The spa is worth a visit. You are sure to find a treatment that interests you.

Very professional staff. They always make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

No one looks forward to getting a bikini wax, but all of the staff is friendly and efficient. No wasting time, dragging out the appointment. Every employee is fabulous and you can always reserve your favorite.

Every time I've had a wax, they were quick, nearly pain free and did a great job.

I will not go anywhere else for my waxing!

The spa is in the middle of a large resort. The spa cafe has a small variety of light fare with wine options.

Entrance to the spa allows you to spend as much time as you want in the outdoor pools, whirlpools, waterfall shower, or in gender segregated saunas, steamrooms and whirlpools.

There is a relaxation room, tea, juices and cucumber water to enjoy.

Spa treatments are expensive but if you take advantage of the spa/pool facilities, it is worth the extra cost.

The treatment rooms are large and there are many of them. The actual spa treatments are always fantastic.

A word of caution, confirm your reservation, more than one time. Both the hotel and spa reservation system is extremely unreliable and/or incompetent.

On three separate occasions, within the last 2 years, the reservation desk once changed a reservation time on me without telling me, and twice, lost a reservation from one day to the next, causing me to arrive and have no therapist available for my reserved treatment.

They, of course, compensate for the mistakes, but looking forward all day to a deep tissue massage and then being turned away at the door, is no fun.

From the outside, the spa appears small and almost out of place, but once inside, the fresh, clean smells and the warmth of a comfortable robe makes you forget all about outside.

Everyone is very friendly and responsive. There is a nice variety of treatments and the spa hours can fit most schedules.

My back facial was relaxing and thorough. My therapist explained all products and each step of the treatment. The FIR sauna, included with treatments, was a nice start to my visit.

I look forward to going back.

The spa is easy to get to, right off of the freeway and surprisingly bigger inside than it appears from outside.

The locker room provides robes, showers and hair products.

There is a large steam room with iced-towels. The lounge for before/after treatments provides water, snacks and a salt water aquarium to relax by.

Spa treatments rooms are on the second floor which provides extra sound buffer and intimacy. The treatment rooms are good sized so you don't feel you are being treated in a closet.

The treatment menu is large, including salon and nail treatments for men and women.

The service is very good, personal and not rushed and no pushy sales pitch for products after treatment (which has sadly become common practice at spas).

The spa offers express check out so you can dress and leave without stopping at the desk.

Prices are very reasonable and the spa offers packages and specials which change frequently and provide great savings.

I have enjoyed Spa Gregorie's for a variety of treatments (facial, massage, salon) and had only positive experiences. I have recommended the spa to friends and family.
