Blush Day Spa

I took my mom to this spa for her Christmas present for a all day treatment. Most of it went fine till the pedicure. My mom is 80 years old and slipped and fell while getting down from the pedicure chair. It was all tiled and very slippery. Thank goodness I was there, because when she slipped she fell into the basin and on her side. I was concerned because she has two hip and a knee replacement. She was bruised on her back, arm and legs and very sore for the next month. The staff did not even apologize or offer some sort of compensation for her injuries. They did not even call after we left to see how she was. They should have some sort of hand rail for people to hang on to. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I did contact Spa Finder's because that is how we found this place. They were very understanding and stated that they would let the spa know.
I would visit this business again? No
