Buyer Beware

First of all good luck finding this place, as the map does not do any justice at all. After walking up and down Yonge Street in the freezing cold frantically looking the Spa it was no where to be found and when I finally called them they didn't even know how to direct me to the location!! I went to get my nails done (French manicure - which cost $25!!). The room they took me into was dark and cold and had very had lighting; when I called to make my appointment I asked how long it was going to take and was quoted approximately 30 minutes….2 HOURS LATER I had to convince the woman doing my nails that I had to go, and to make things worse after numerous attempts a fixing my nails she still ended up doing and AWFUL job. Half of my nails were not painted and the ones that were had such a thick code on nail polish that the white from the tips ran into the pink undertone (sign!) what a total waste of time. I plan on calling the customer service line to see what can be done in terms of compensations since this was by the worse service I’ve ever had at a SPA – again, buyer beware!!!!!
I would visit this business again? No
