Coldwater Creek, The Spa in Chula Vista

Personal customer services is good. The staff actually took me on a tour of the spa prior to making an appointment.
Phone messages are really not answered promptly. I called to make an appt and they called me back two days later.
Appointments are difficult to make. They are a busy spa and they are usually boked weeks in advance. So, if you are looking for a massage within three weeks of making an appointment, you have better luck going to a different spa altogether.
Grand opening special or timed special offers are great but since it is very difficult to book an appointment, you most likey would lose out on the specials when it expires. Sometimes, they will make some adjustments. Just ask the front desk.
Overall, I think they are an average spa. Customer service is good but not exceptional. However, for people who live in the area, there really aren't a whole lot of choices within the geographic area. But if one is willing to travel a little bit farther, one could get an appointment quicker and would probably get the same sort of services and personal attention.
