WAKE UP Ilona - Poor Service to New Clients

I received spafinder certificates for my birthday and when checking the wedsite found Salon Ilona & Spa. Even though it wasn't my "usual" spa the packages and types of services sounded great.
I made a appointment for a "package". The facial was good, but the other parts of the package was aweful. After the facial, I proceeded to get a hair treatment & blow dry by REBECCA. It was most uncomfortable and unpleasant. She didn't speak, she didn't answer questions (at the time I wanted additional services), she didn't ask how I wanted my hair and after she started she was burning me with the hair dryer and pulling out my hair. She saw I was getting very upset, offered me a moment and began again. It got worse and the OWNER was right there and ignored me, EVERYONE ignored me. I got up, paid and left with wet hair (in December). Ilona needs to care about a new customer, because they could become a regular customer. I feel cheated and humilated.
I would visit this business again? No
