total disapointment

I booked a couples massage & facials for me and my fiance. We wetre hoping for a relaxing day. Instead, we were filled with total dissapointment. First of all, the facilities are horrible. We actually got lost because we kept driving right byt he place. It looks like it is under construction or something. Also, there was not changing area. They didn't even have robes for us. so, when we had to switch rooms for our facials, we had to re-dress again. My massage left us both unsatisfied and (me, very sore for the next week). You are supposted to feel better, NOT worse. The facials were juse as bad. They didn't seem to care about my skin type. I warned her about some dry spots and she did nothing to avoid them. I had a horrible reaction aftwards. Also, they did NO extractions. So, my face was really worse off than before the visit.
Then, when I left (with a small tip), they had no problem commenting on the tip and how small it was, and wasn't interested in asking if it was a reflection of the service.
I would NOT recommend this place and I will never go back!
