I visited the Red Mountain Spa for four days and three nights. I took three morning hikes, which were fantastic. The guides do an extremely nice job.

Red Mountain Spa offers a variety of fitness classes throughout the day. I attend a number of them and thought the instructors were top-notch. The gym equipment was quality and the facility clean. I also used the spa for relaxation and enjoyed the beautiful view of the red rock.

The cooking demonstrations were informative and the included food was healthy and flavorful. Guests are provided with a wide-range of options on both the buffets and the dinner menu.

I'll certainly return!

I visitied Sundara in December 2012 during the middle of a huge Wisconsin snow storm. The spa lobby was undergoing renovations. This, and the 18.5 inches of snow, impacted the quality of my visit. That said, the facility is small, but the services was excellent and the overall experience relaxing. The outdoor pool is fabulous; though I did not get to enjoy it during my visit, it is open year-round. The mud scrub ritual is cleansing. My pedicure was above average, but the tile installation made it not so relaxing. I stayed overnight and the hotel rooms are fabulous and peaceful. Overall, an above average stay at Sundara. . .I will return.
