The technitian was very friendly and explained everything that she was going to do during the session. She also gave me great suggestions to protect my skin.

I visited this spa in last year in the month of October. I must say that the location of the spa is not pretty at all, in fact it looks like a rundown area but I must admit that the spa inside is really pretty and the place is big!
When I went I was in Puerto Rico on a business trip so I did not have ALL day to spend at the spa so I decided to just get a facial and a pedi. The facial price was just average like any other spa. One of the things I did not like about this spa was that I ended up spending 4 hours just to get a facial and a pedi, but the worst part is that most of that time I was just waiting and waiting, first to get started with my pedi and second waiting again to get the facial but because they took their time to do their service. At one point I even had to remind some one that I was still waiting to get the second service because they were taking too long. My pedicure was VERY average, the girl that did it was really nice but I could tell that she was new. I ended up paying $60 for something that my regular pedicure could of done just for $20 dollars. The girl forgot to put the dividers between my toes and I damage 2 toe nail, I brought this to their attention and they told me that there was nothing that could be done because the girl was with another client and she had no time to fix my toenails so I got mad and finally someone was able to fix it for me but if it wasn't because I got upset that my issue wouldn't be resolved.
I would visit this business again? No
