This spa encompasses it all! I was needing a day of rest badly but had only booked for a massage treatment. I showed up an hour early so to relax in the spa for some time before the treatment. Turns out Soho Sanctuary offers more than just the ordinary spa. They have what they call "Beauty Loft" which houses a peaceful floor for a mani/pedi, make up and facials. I was able to sneak that in before my massage. Their steam room is to die for and their quiet lounge area is just so relaxing and calm you truly feel that you're in your own sanctuary. A nice surprise was that they also have fitness studio where they hold one on one sessions in yoga, gyrotonic, and personal training. And it's only for WOMEN!! What's better than that?
