Overall poor experience

I made an appointment for a service the week before my vacation. I was very accomodating. I could come in whenever there was an opening. I called the next day to add on a friend for a massage at the same time. No problem. When I arrived, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled due to a girl calling in sick. I guess it happens, so I waited while my friend got a massage and rescheduled for the next available appt. (the day before my vacation). Upon my arrival they had no clue what I was scheduled for only that I had an appointment. After waiting 20 min, I was taken to a room for my service. Again, "You're here for what?" Turns out they didn't have enough product to complete my service. I waited to pay full price for my partial service "No manager available" because she left to take another patron in for their service. He had an appt. for the same service. I guess they had enough product for him. Disappointing all around. I will not return. Positives: Quiet, nicely decorated
