This is my first time to the Grand Spa, just for a massage. Upon entering, the female staff at the front desk seems unoccupied and really cold. When I was taken back to the Men's area to change, I used the Sauna, which is a great feature, but would only fit maybe two adults, i stepped out with relatively nothing on, to find a female locker attendant staring at me . I asked her to leave, she did. During the massage Renee was great! But, was only about 45 minutes long. Was walked across construction and a bunch of women getting hair treaments, a little uncomfortable. Went back to the locker area to shower and change, and again the female locker attendant was there when I stepped out of the shower. I complained to the front desk, but they really didn't care. Bottom line, I will probably go back to get Renee, as he is good, but not that frequently, and they are on the higer side for massage services.
I would visit this business again? Yes
