I purchased a special on their website for a massage & facial for $135. It stated on their website, "allow 2.5 hours for the entire special. My mother who I purchased the special for was out in under 2 hours and didn't get her 15 minute body steam, massage was 45 minutes, and facial was for 40 minutes. The woman at the counter said my mother was released early because she "didn't have any blackheads, and her face was already clean." I said, "you've got to be kidding me." I told her that her special online was considered false advertisement. The Yolanda Aguilar Beauty Institute & Spa refused to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. They also refused to refund me my money. I don't recommend it.
I would visit this business again? No
